How do we choose which roasters to work with? Sometimes we seek them out, sometimes they find us. Either way, the coffee universe usually has a way of bringing us together. ⁣The first thing we look for is to make sure we are on the same page. We want to work with roasters that are passionate about what they do, not just in it to make a quick buck. A love and dedication to the craft is important, and of course, we need to taste the coffees to make sure they are producing the goods before we list them online. ⁣What does this mean for you? Well most of the time, you will be ordering from smaller, independent roasters. Whilst it's not a requirement of ours for a roaster to be listed, we want to share the spotlight between the big guys and the smaller more boutique roasters. ⁣Often there is a team of one to two people roasting and shipping your order (and doing an excited little dance anytime one comes through). ⁣
