Baoshan city locates in western Yunnan, China and it’s 564 km away from Pu’er city, experiencing a unique climate. Our coffee comes from Huashan (Rose Hill) estate, where wet and dry seasons are separated. Rainy season comes together with heat while winter is dry. Interestingly, Huashan estate is surrounded by hot spring. All these indicate good soil and temperature for coffee growing. Double anaerobic processing is the one matches the origin’s characteristic. With double fermentation (1st time fermented in cherry and 2nd time fermented after depulp), Huashan coffee shows all its sweetness and complexity to the world. We taste clear tropical fruity notes and an aromatic cocoa aftertaste. To the best of our knowledge, this coffee in Australia is exclusive at Linear Coffee.
