Zest continues working directly with farmers to cement a strong relationship with different producers in the region.“We will continue our work into education in fermentation and processing to benefit the region to achieve higher quality coffee, thus better remuneration for their hard work and of course pay a premium to source coffee from this amazing country.” (Zest Coffee)This coffee goes under a 72 hr yeast inoculated fermentation before being fully washed, pulped and then dried on raised beds.
