Black Sheep Coffee Roasters

Woolly is our signature blend, for all espresso brewed coffees.

It has a medium roast profile, with good roast development which brings out a richness and sweetness from the beans. This coffee is designed for all round brewing, with our roasting team working to keep the flavour profile consistent throughout seasonal crop changes.

Woolly is a layered blend with a mix of three different origins, two different process methods and a mix of varietals. All beans are carefully chosen for their unique characteristics and role within the blend, delivering a cup that has mild acidity, sweetness and balance.
