Order cut offs will be the last day of each month (Usually the 31st of each month). All Taste orders then ship between the 7th-10th of each month. These will typically then arrive between 2-8 business days depending where you are in Australia. 

You will be charged on the day of purchase for your first upcoming delivery and then on the 12th of every month moving forward. 

Without going full coffee nerd on you, all coffee that is selected for the box is rated at a Q grading cup score of 80 or more. This score is out of 100 and essentially determines the quality of the coffee. Anything above the score of 80 is deemed as what we like to refer as “Specialty coffee or Third wave coffee”. It is a great guide when buying coffee to give you a general indication that what you are buying is of high quality. Think of it like buying a solid wine to drink instead of a $6 bottle to use in a ragu.

On top of this, every coffee on our site has been rigorously tested by our team who have been in the industry for 20+ years between them. So they have been around the coffee block so to speak.

We have a very strict process on selecting the top Aussie roasters who are involved in our projects. In them we trust their approach and mastering their craft through years and years of experience.

At ‘Feind coffee we definitely have the green thumb so when we approach our products and packaging we are always taking the environment into account. All of our coffee bags are recyclable along with the black box. The mailer bags that you receive your delivery in are also compostable via home bins.

Full transparency (The way we like to operate) The external sleeve is only currently 80% recyclable. However, we are working hard toward the sleeve becoming 100% recyclable in the coming months, that way we too can do our part for the planet!

We encourage all of our members to recycle their packaging and do their part.

Hot tip, keep your ground coffee for the garden or even coffee scrubs at home! 

Fresh! However, coffee is best consumed from 7-10 days after roasting. This gives the coffee a chance to de gas after the roast process meaning that you can have a much more enjoyable and balanced coffee. For this reason we ensure that the time the box reaches you it’s at its peak and ready to consume. Each month our team of coffee experts place orders with our great roasters to time perfectly with our internal dispatch of your boxes. 

It sure is! We would hate for shipping fees to hinder your access to the Taste subscription so we have made it free (we absorb this cost, good people we know ;) ). We also ship all our orders via Australia post which means all of your deliveries are automatically opted in and sent with carbon neutral deliveries. Woohoo! Doing your part for the planet.
