April 2022 update: A new Colombian in the Blend; Most Colombian coffees previously sourced for the blend components have been 'Community lots' (lots of farmers from one region blending their coffee together to make a larger amount). We've found the unique opportunity to have a single producer, single farm and single variety in a larger quantity to be able to put in our blend. Basically just makes it a lot more traceable, and Jairo is already a trusted producer that we already have a working relationship with, you would have already seen some amazing single origins coming from Jairo Arcila.
